Ballet

Is a blend of today's high energy street style movement integrating
jazz technique.
Step
Create rhythms with your body by doing such things as clapping, slapping, and
stomping.
Lyrical
This style incorporates Ballet, Modern, and Jazz technique. Lyrical allows the
dancer to express emotion while interpreting the mood or lyrics of music.
Pilates is a full body conditioning system which focuses on initiating movement
from your core abdominal muscles. Strength, Stamina, Stability, and Stretching
is combined for a revitalizing workout.
